Returns & Refund Policy

At BaytKufiya®, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. This policy applies to all customers, regardless of their shipping destination.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at baytkufiya@gmx.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BaytKufiya® cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at baytkufiya@gmx.com.

Undeliverable Orders & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

  • Completing any customs declarations or import procedures required by their country.

If a package is returned to BaytKufiya® because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to complete customs clearance, we reserve the right to offer one of the following solutions:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • Issue store credit for the value of the order.

  • Refund the value of the item(s) only, excluding the original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable substances

  • Gift cards
